As a couple of you guys know, the cannondale is being a reet pain in the proverbial. So with that in mind i have purchased a new frame etc from a dood in reading. All i need to do is head down and pick it up! spec list of bits on the frame: Mission trials master frame, new chainn Marzocchi mz comp forks, Azonic bars, Hoffman grips and bar ends, cane creek stem and purple odyssey headset, DB seat with quick release seat clamp, shimano rear brake with kool stop pads and odyssey lever... Ok, I know they're expensive but my god they are good. If you're like me and want epic stopping power without going for disc brakes then these are the brakes you want. The only thing you have to watch out for is your rims. Pull too hard on the lever and the brakes will crush the rims. Also want to be careful about not flying over the handlebars. You'll make this look if you do Mine havn't worked fully yet but even badly bled they can provide some good stopping power. Anyway, ...

been looking up on what we need to do to teach and get qualified.

we need 2 years experience before we can apply for the coaching course but after that it is a prety simple thing.

10 hours of coaching, teach a class infront of an examiner and a quick written exam and thats it.

Well the snow is starting to turn to wet, heavy slush. The off-piste is a similar consistency to porridge and the drains are starting to smell decidedly "french"...I've been getting up at 6.55am, 6 days a week, for almost 5 months. I'm tierd, aching, cut, burnt and flat broke. But, I know come november i'll be gearing up to do it all over again. It's strange, but mixed in with all the other stuff from a season - the exhaustion, the aches and pains, the liver failure and a slightly deranged ...
