Well the snow is starting to turn to wet, heavy slush. The off-piste is a similar consistency to porridge and the drains are starting to smell decidedly "french"...I've been getting up at 6.55am, 6 days a week, for almost 5 months. I'm tierd, aching, cut, burnt and flat broke. But, I know come november i'll be gearing up to do it all over again. It's strange, but mixed in with all the other stuff from a season - the exhaustion, the aches and pains, the liver failure and a slightly deranged obsession with brightly coloured gear, I feel satisfied. It's true I'm going to miss the mountains this summer, unless a random chat in a bar develops into a job in NZ, but i know they'll always be here to come back to. On that note, I'll be home the weekend of the 25/26th of april. It would be great if all the TS members can get some time off work, head up to the lakes/moors for a long weekend of camping, biking, climbing, bbqing, baking, mountainboarding and making sure we film it all! even if we can only manage a 2 day/overnighter it would be awesome.
Without wanting to sound all emotional and ghey etc, I've actually missed you bunch of c**ts this winter, not long till im home. Stay safe, peace out
